"Studies with exogenously [externally] administered electromagnetic fields have shown that both transcription (RNA synthesis) and translation (protein synthesis) can be induced by electromagnetic fields"

"In the human brain, pyramidal cells are present and arranged in layers in the cortex of the two cerebra.
